Breaking down challenges of different complexity. Following flexibel approaches for each sub-challenge.
Lennart has a deep understanding of most design applications. He thinks of Software just as tools.
Lennart believes that creating value for users and customers benefits stakeholders from both sides – companies and end-users – which is essential for successful businesses. What motivates him is the development of services and products that people find enjoyable and integrate smoothly into their workflows.
This ensures their continued use and appreciation well into the future. To achieve this, prioritizing and understanding user needs is paramount. Lennart finds fulfillment in work that enhances the ease and efficiency of users' (work)life. He eagerly awaits the next set of challenges.
Throughout his diverse design projects during his studies and internships, he has embraced a design-thinking mindset. Regarding the design process, the double diamond model has proven to be the most effective. Its four stages are straightforward and adaptable, catering to a wide range of project requirements.
Additionally, this process not only empowers teams to employ an iterative method but also serves as a consistent reminder to engage in this approach following each 'diamond' phase. This paves the way for refining and enhancing concepts and products from an early stage and throughout their development.
Working in teams is enjoyable. Learning from and with team members is a valuable experience. The best moment is when the team collectively experiences an 'Aha' moment – it's simply priceless! Experiencing the enrichment that others' perspectives bring to one's work is always fascinating. Although criticism can sometimes be difficult to accept, it remains the most effective way to enhance one's own skillset.
Being deeply involved in projects and accompanying concepts on their journey to becoming fully developed concepts or products throughout the entire development process excites me anew with each project. As an intermediary between various stakeholders, one can continually expand their horizons in diverse areas.
He leads a very active lifestyle. In his free time, Lennart enjoys swimming, snow hiking, and running. He also works as a freelancer, focusing on his hobbies like photography, video production, and restoration of digital footage, among others.
